Biography:
Orlando Armando Elguera Ysnaga is from Peru. He completed his Major in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Engineering, Lima-Peru, and also Bachelor of Science with a Major in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Engineering, Lima-Peru. Studied for Master of Science with Major in Chemistry from National University of Engineering, Lima-Peru. He did Doctor of Science with Major in Analytical and Inorganic Chemistry from University of São Paulo, São Paulo-Brazil. Now he is working as an Independent Consultant in Environmental Matters of Mining and Sustainable Development and has joined as editorial borad member for International Journal of Forensic and Medical Jurisprudence.
