Chemical Synthesis and Catalysts Synthesis

Chemical synthesis is the process of transforming a reactant or starting material into a product or many products by performing one or more chemical reactions. Physical and chemical manipulations, usually involving one or more reactions, are used to achieve this. The procedure is reproducible and reliable in current laboratory settings. A chemical synthesis entails the use of one or more substances (known as reagents or reactants) that, when exposed to specified conditions, will undergo a change. To create a desired product, a variety of reaction types can be used. Chemical synthesis provides the foundation for identifying chemicals with novel physical or biological properties, and it is at the center of much chemistry research.

The process of fabricating catalytic materials is known as catalyst synthesis. Its goal is to improve factors like catalyst activity, selectivity, stability, and cost.
